Electric Bike Servicing & Repairs

Electric bikes are not the cheapest of investments, so to ensure you keep your bike at its maximum performance, we would advise you to think about how you may want it serviced.

Many issues may arise if you have purchased an electric bike, so if you get your bike serviced regularly, this can stop major issues from forming down the line.

We would recommend getting your bike serviced after 30 days by a skilled mechanic. This mechanic looking at things such as whether the gears are set up correctly, the battery and other components can ensure you can ride away after this session will maximum confidence in the bicycle.

If this first 30-day service is not done, it is common for users to not request a service until they have a problem.

It is recommended to look at the user manual to see how often you should get your bike serviced, but in general, bikes should be serviced roughly every 1000km.

Therefore, we have partnered with Cycle Tech UK, a premium choice for electric bike support across the UK. Established in 2007 and with 110 mechanics, they have bucketloads of experience in this field, and their preferred method is to bring their expertise to your doorstep. But if you prefer collection and return, then this option is available to you too.
