Service includes a complete vehicle health-check, testing of the performance & safety of the Eskuta, tightening & adjustment of components where necessary, consumable parts (as detailed), all lubricants, service materials and labour (at the time of service only).

The replacement of consumable parts (at the time of service) will be based upon the mileage and condition of the Eskuta and be at the sole discretion of Eskuta Limited. Any additional parts (excluded from the Optional Maintenance Contract) required during service intervals or to comply with the ‘DPG Standards to Maintain Manual’ will be subject to sign-off by the store manager / franchisee.
The Maintenance Contract excludes any and all parts, which need replacement due to damage or misuse. The cost of parts is shown on a separate document.
Please note: Only available at the time of purchase of an Eskuta bike. Any maintenance contract purchased after will not be valid.
